Complaints & Returns
- We do everything to deliver a perfect product to you. AZARINA recommends inspecting the delivered items immediately upon receipt. If the ordered items do not meet your expectations, do not hesitate to inform us by email. AZARINA will try to resolve any issues or complaints in consultation with you in the best possible way.
- If no written objections are received by AZARINA within 7 days, AZARINA assumes that it has fully met its obligations.
- You have the right to return the items delivered by AZARINA within 14 days after receipt. During the 14-day reflection period, you should handle the items and packaging carefully. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you want to keep it.
- The items can be returned within the reflection period if, where reasonably possible, the original packaging and the item are in new condition, along with the return form. You are responsible for the payment of the related shipping costs.
- If the items are unused, undamaged, and returned in time and correctly, AZARINA will refund the paid price excluding the cost of a more expensive shipping method, within 14 days after receiving the return.
- If the items delivered by AZARINA are not returned within 14 days after receipt, the items are deemed accepted.
