Deliveries
- All products ordered and paid for before 16:00 will be shipped within 2 business days. Orders received on Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- If items have a longer delivery time or cannot be delivered (temporarily), you will be informed of this by email the same day.
- We make every effort to meet the promised delivery time. However, during busy periods in our warehouse or with our carriers, delays may occur.
- AZARINA is not liable for any damage caused by exceeding the announced delivery times.
- AZARINA exercises the utmost care when receiving orders and shipping items. However, it may occur that an order is not delivered or is incomplete. You must report this within 7 days of receiving the items. In this case, the delivery will be supplemented or re-shipped, possibly at AZARINA's expense.
Payment Methods
- The sales agreement is concluded when you accept the offer and meet the required conditions. As long as the acceptance has not been confirmed via email, the customer may cancel the agreement.
- The amount due can be paid via IDEAL, Visa, MasterCard, Klarna, PayPal, AMEX. AZARINA accepts IDEAL payments via ABN-AMRO, bunq, Knab, Nationale-Nederlanden, Regiobank, SNS, Van Lanschot Kempen, ASN Bank, ING, N26, Rabobank, Revolut, Triodos Bank, Yoursafe.
- When paying with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, AZARINA reserves the right to check if the card is valid, if there is sufficient spending capacity to charge the purchase amount, and if your address details are correct.
- Orders shipped outside Europe may take longer to arrive, depending on the destination and carrier. Any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import fees are the costumer’s responsibility. You will receive a tracking code once your order has shipped.
